A highly-skilled oral advocate and published scholar, Mr. Roseen has a broad professional background in corporate litigation, internal investigation, policy research, and organizing. Previously, he worked as an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a global law firm and in the Brussels office of a leading European law firm. Before that, he was a Fulbright Scholar conducting research in The Netherlands on the disciplining force of international legal argumentation.
Dillon has received numerous awards for distinguished public service and leadership, including in service under two former U.S. Presidents. He enjoys volunteering in various capacities through alumni networks and in the Atlanta community.
Dillon earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law (cum laude) and his LL.M. (Law Review Distinction) from Vrije (‘Free’) Universiteit Amsterdam. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Highest Honors), where he served as Student Body President.
