A highly-skilled oral advocate and published scholar, Mr. Roseen has a broad professional background in corporate litigation, internal investigations, policy research, and organizing. Previously, he worked as an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a global law firm and in the Brussels office of a leading European law firm. Before that, he was a Fulbright Scholar in The Netherlands, where he conducted research and published on international law’s role in shaping State power—and taught courses in humanitarian law and U.S. politics.
Dillon has received numerous awards for distinguished public service and leadership, including in service under two former U.S. Presidents—Obama and Carter. He enjoys volunteering in various capacities through alumni networks and in the Atlanta community.
Dillon earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law (cum laude) and his LL.M. (Law Review Distinction) from Vrije (‘Free’) Universiteit Amsterdam. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Highest Honors), where he served as Student Body President.
